With roots in fine dining and a heart for home-cooked comfort, Chef Efe blends tradition with innovation, crafting dishes that honor the flavors of the Mediterranean while embracing refined technique. From the vibrant spices of the Aegean coast to the freshest local ingredients, every meal is a celebration of culture and craftsmanship.

Beyond our restaurant, we invite you to experience Aegean through our curated events. Aegean Sofra is our intimate, chef’s table tasting event, where guests enjoy a seasonal menu while Chef Efe shares the stories behind each dish. Our Mediterranean Street Food Pop-Up brings bold, inventive flavors to local hotspots, featuring a weekly rotating menu inspired by the region’s vibrant street food culture. And soon, we’ll introduce our Turkish Serpme Breakfast, celebrating the tradition of long, leisurely breakfasts filled with a rich variety of seasonal dishes.

  • Yes we do. You can learn your way around the kitchen with our cooking workshops, uniquely designed regarding your interests, at the comfort of your own home. 

  • Aegean Neotaverna is a boutique catering and event planning company. We offer a wide range of options to meet most every occasion and budget. We can cater up to 200 people.

  • Yes. Aegean is a "from scratch" kitchen. Our chef supplies and prepares everything with highest quality ingredients from scratch. Our phyllo pastry is one of the many delicacies, we prepare in our commercial kitchen.
