Sofra" is a Turkish word that refers to more than just a table—it represents the experience of sharing a meal. Honoring this tradition, Chef Efe crafts a seasonal tasting menu that highlights the rich flavors of the Mediterranean, each dish reflecting history, technique, and personal inspiration.

As the evening unfolds, Efe shares the origins behind each bite—family recipes, time-honored traditions, and the experiences that have shaped his craft. Every plate offers a taste of the Aegean, turning Sofra into a living story told through food.
